Canopy Kids
Kids Ministry Classrooms
Nursery
Our nursery volunteers love the opportunity to spend time with the babies of Canopy! While there is no curriculum at this age, we believe the Holy Spirit is at work in our nursery as we create a safe and joyful space, pray over our infants, and play worship music.
Ages 8 - 23 months
Preschool
Ages 2 - 5 years
Each month our preschoolers learn stories from the Bible around a specific central truth. After they learn the Bible story, we take time to discuss the bottom line of the month and how it relates to the story, and review their memory verse. After snack time, we close with a craft and a game to help them connect to the day's lesson in a playful way.
Elementary
Each month our elementary kids learn about passages from the Bible that point back to a specific virtue. Each week, we spend time in a fun game or craft to engage with the truth we learned in the lesson, and have discussion and prayer to help our kids connect what they learned to their hearts and daily lives.
